The members of the ABS Management Team are Prof.dr. Han van Dissel (Dean ABS),  Prof. dr. Ronald Does (Director of the Graduate School of Executive Programmes), Prof. dr. Brendan O'Dwyer (Director of the Research Institute) and Dr. Sander van Triest (Director of the Graduate School of Business).

The ABS currently consists of  four sections (Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management - Organisational Behavior and International Strategy & Marketing). All faculty is part of a section.
